SeaWorld follows Orlando's crowd calendar but runs quieter than Disney and Universal year-round, so it's forgiving. Spring is especially good — the Seven Seas Food Festival runs from late January into May — and September is quiet and warm.
A single day is plenty for the main park. If you want the water park or the swim-with-dolphins Discovery Cove experience, add a day for each — Discovery Cove in particular books up and needs reserving ahead.
